With our lifetime warranty, you can send your piece back at any time for a free cleaning, polishing, re-size (adding a chain extender or making a piece smaller/shorter) or repair. If you would like to add any length to your previously bought piece, please note that a cost will incur for labor and materials. Simply send us an email, and we'll send the instructions on where to send it back. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in regards to our warranty policy. Most of our jewelry is handmade and made to order so our current production time is 5-7 business days + ship time. Once your order has been shipped out, it will take 2-5 business days to get from us to you if you're within the US and 2-4 weeks if you're outside of the US. Thank you for understanding
